Terry J. Williams is a Martindale-Hubble peer review AV/Preeminent rated attorney with forty years of experience, specializing in municipal law, zoning, banking, real estate, commercial land development, and title insurance.

A Centre County native and graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law, Terry joined Miller, Kistler & Campbell in 1973. He represents various boroughs, townships, zoning hearing boards and authorities throughout central Pennsylvania and has acted as the solicitor for State College Borough for the past twenty-five years. Terry serves as a writer and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on municipal law topics and is a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Municipal Law Section.
