In the 1800s, Mill Creek was one of the most important tributaries in central Pennsylvania; it was the main source of power for the many mills stretching between Altoona and Lewistown. Since then, Mill Creek Borough has established itself as a quiet community where residents can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the Juniata River and Raystown Lake, while easily commuting to area business hubs. For those of us who do not live there, Mill Creek is just plain beautiful.
Our firm is proud to announce that it has been retained to serve as the solicitor for Mill Creek Area Municipal Authority as the Authority begins a new phase of planning its infrastructure for the future. As solicitor, the firm will be advising the Authority on matters ranging from obtaining public financing, to overseeing construction contracts and issues, to maintaining customer accounts.
