Meet Attorney Lisa M. Welsh Lisa M. Welsh enjoys giving her clients practical advice to reach their goals. A magna cum laude graduate from the University of Maryland School of Law, Lisa also holds a master of public policy degree from Duke University. Lisa worked for a large law firm in Baltimore before joining Miller, Kistler & Campbell in 2010. She concentrates her practice in litigation, landlord and tenant law, municipal law, and real estate.
